Polishing

This is a mechanical operation used to remove marks (die lines, scratches, machine marks, etc) From the surface of parts before they are processed. We have a variety of polishing equipment that includes centreless, flat bed and fixed spindle machinery.

This equipment allows us to “auto polish” long lengths of flat extrusions and tubes as well as offering the capability of being able to hand finish all sorts of more complex shapes.

By using different mops and wheels we can also offer a variety of brushed finishes which, when anodised and dyed, offer a cost-effective alternative to stainless steel.
